Five years ago we went Green.
In 2005 we became Energy Star Partners.
In 2006 we were recognized in an article in
magazine
Last year, the first year awards were made, we had three of only 17 homes certified by The Arlington County Green Home Choice program.
What sets us apart, though, was how we got certified.
We built those homes with a strong working knowledge of
and commitment to Green building
before Arlington even had a program!
After the Green Home Choice Program was finalized,
we had the County review our construction.
Our homes were the only ones built
before the inception of the program that have been certified.
